To access our rates, you can send your request through the “contact us” option or send us your product information through the “Inquiry Form” option. Our sales team will contact you and send you the price.

To track your goods, enter the “Tracking” option and enter the bill of lading number in the specified box. In the product information, you will have the sending company and the bill of lading of the sending company. Through the carrier’s bill of lading, you can enter the carrier’s website and find out the exact location of your goods by entering the bill of lading number.

All shipments sent by Comex are express, and since we offer the lowest cost for shipping to customers, therefore, there is no difference between sending commercial or express shipments. Shipping to all destinations is as follows:
– European countries: 1 to 2 working days
– Canada and America 2 to 3 working days.
– Africa: 4 to 6 working days
–Asia & Middle east: 4 to 5 working days 

The rates are calculated per half kilogram, so if your package is, for example, 385 grams, the basis of calculation will be 500 grams. If your package is a product and has a volume, i.e. length, width and height, you should divide the dimensions of the product in centimeters by 5000 and enter the obtained number in the relevant section.
